Security

Our security team is on-site 24 hours a day providing interior and exterior mobile patrol, close circuit television camera surveillance, crime prevention and intervention and emergency medical assistance. The security office is located on the first level, south side near Teletech. We offer an after-hours Security Escort service. Please call 519-434-5719 to make your request.

Washrooms

The public washrooms are located on the South Side, Lower Level beside the Food Court. Our large modern washrooms feature "No-Touch" sinks, toilets, soap dispensors, and hand dryers. The washrooms are wheelchair accessible and feature Baby Changing stations.

Elevators

Elevators are located on the south side and north side of Citi Plaza and are accessible from both the south and north parking garages.

Public Transportation

Citi Plaza is easily accessed by London Transit. For bus schedules, call London Transit at 519 451-1347 or access London Transit through their web site at www.londontransit.ca.

Taxis

Direct phone lines to U-Need-A-Cab (519 438-2121) and Checker (519 659-0400) are located street level, south side by Joe Serratore Shoe Repair.

ATMs

To help you with your banking needs, ATM's are located on the north side at the CIBC bank.

Canada Post

Visit Galleria Tuck Shop & Postal Outlet (519 432-2225) for all of your Canada Post needs. The shop is located at street level, south side, street level.
