This Site is provided as a free service to visitors (“Users”). It describes the Privacy Policy of Citi Plaza, Wellington Square and its subsidiaries and affiliated companies.

At Citi Plaza we recognize Users are concerned about privacy and that it is important that we protect the personal information provided by them - which is information specifically about an individual who a User is, such as name, age, address, e-mail address, or telephone number. Please review the following Policies that govern use of the Site and that protect Users’ privacy. By using this Site, Users acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If a User does not agree with any term or condition in this Policy, they should not use the Site. Citi Plaza reviews the Privacy Policy of the Site periodically, and reserves the right at its discretion, to modify it at any time. This page should be reviewed from time to time, so that Users can be aware of any changes. Users who use the site after any posted changes have been made acknowledge and agree that use of the Site following any posted changes indicates acceptance of such changes.

Personal Information

a) What do we collect?

Personal information is not collected from Users except with their specific knowledge and consent. The only way any personal information is collected on the Site is if it is provided by a User.

We collect personal information supplied to the Site by Users such as name, address, postal code, telephone number, User demographics such as age and household income, or a User's opinion. By providing personal information, you fully understand and unambiguously consent to the use, collection retention and disclosure of such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. It is always your choice whether you provide the Site with Personal Information, however, a decision to withhold Personal Information could restrict or prevent us from providing you with a particular product or service.

Site Users may voluntarily provide us with personal information when they:

use our online subscriber services (or ‘tenant service’ pages or subscribe to our eClub);

to notify Users if they have won a contest or sweepstake prize
for any other purpose which is identified at the time the User provides the information.

c) To Whom do we Disclose Personal Information?

We may share a User's Personal Information with companies acting as our authorized agents or partners in providing to you the services or information you request (e.g. website provider or customer and support services or to fulfill promotional product requests and send prizes to contest winners). These companies agree to use the Personal Information only for the purposes we specify. Each partner agrees to implement and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices to protect the Personal Information from unauthorized access, destruction, use or disclosure in a manner similar to this Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose your personal information without your consent if required or permitted to do so by law (such as, if we receive a subpoena compelling us to disclose the information). In the event of a sale of the business, the Personal Information will be transferred to the Purchaser, to be used for the same purposes as the information was provided to Citi Plaza.

d) Use of Information in Sweepstakes and Contests

Occasionally, we may run a promotion such as a sweepstakes or a contest, and Users will be given the opportunity to enter by filling out an entry form. Your entry information will be used for the immediate purpose of notification in connection with the sweepstakes or contest, in the event you win, and sometimes address information may be used to verify identity. If you choose to enter such a promotion, you may also have the opportunity to consent to receive future communications from Citi Plaza and its retailers. Since we value your privacy, you will always have the opportunity to stop such communications by opting-out, as detailed below. In addition, some promotions may have one or more co-sponsors, and you may also be asked upon entry to consent to receive future communications from such co-sponsors. In the event your consent is indicated, your information from your entry will be shared with such co-sponsor. In connection with any communications from or disclosure of your information to any unaffiliated third-party cosponsors, you acknowledge and agree that they will be responsible for advising you of their own privacy policies regarding the use and disclosure of your information, and you should be sure to read them. In all events, we will make it clear to you in the entry form, before you submit it, whether you are consenting to receive information from any party, and you will be given the opportunity to confirm or withdraw such consent prior to submitting your entry.

Notwithstanding any restrictions in this Privacy Policy, if we ask you for Personal Information and you elect to have us share your Personal Information with third parties, such as in the promotions discussed above, such election shall constitute your consent to the Citi Plaza's disclosure of your Personal Information to those third parties. In addition, Citi Plaza makes no representation, warranty, covenant, or claim regarding, and expressly disclaims and denies any responsibility or liability for, directly or indirectly, the privacy practices, including the use and disclosure of any Personal Information, that you elect to have us share with any third-party.

Opt Out?

We ask that you tell us when you do not wish to receive periodic e-mails from Citi Plaza. We will only send e-mail to those Users who have indicated that they wish to receive other types of e-mail from us. If at any time you wish to stop receiving e-mail from us, you can always remove your name from our mailing list by sending an e-mail to Attn: Privacy Officer, stating that you wish to unsubscribe and indicating in the subject line of the e-mail "NO E-MAIL".

If at any time you do not want to receive offers and/or circulars from us, you can always remove yourself from our mailing list by sending an e-mail to Attn: Privacy Officer, indicating "NO SNAIL MAIL" in the subject line along with your name, address and postal code.

Non-Personal Information

While Users’ individual information is protected as outlined above, we may use aggregated, anonymous data about our Users as a group. For instance, we might report to our owners & retailers that a certain percentage of our Users fall within a particular age range and their specific interests or requests.

The Site may also collect and disclose non-personal User information (for example, IP addresses) in aggregate form. An IP address is a number given to a user by a Web Server. Examples of information provided by an IP address include service provider, type of browser and type of system used. We may use this information to monitor Site use and traffic patterns in order to make the Site better and more responsive to the needs of Users.

Non-personal information about Users, in the aggregate, may be shared with third parties for marketing, advertising or research purposes.
