Tenant Service Requests
Tenant requests for any services involving temperature control, lights out, plumbing, electrical, etc. problems and/or requests should be directed to the Administration Office by filling out a Tenant Service Request. Your request will be automatically dispatched so that your issue is resolved quickly. You will be updated by e-mail when your work order has been completed. If you wish to report issues personally please contact our Tenant Services Coordinator in our Administration Office at 519 434-5718 ext. 230.
Garbage Collection
- Tenants on street level and upper level of both the north and south blocks. Garbage collection by Domclean is scheduled daily Monday to Saturday 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Tenants will be permitted to put their garbage outside their doors no earlier than 6:00 pm, and no later than 6:30 pm. If you take your garbage down to the dock area, please ensure that recycling and garbage are placed in the proper container and are not on the dock floor.
- Food Court/Restaurant Tenants are responsible for their own garbage removal. Please ensure that garbage is deposited in a clean and safe manner. Grease bins on the north and south loading dock areas are the responsibility of Domclean. Care and maintenance of the grease traps in the tenant units is the responsibility of the tenant.
Recycling
We have recycling containers for glass, cans, etc. in the loading dock areas (one on the north side, one on the south side.) Please read the labels on these containers to ensure that the proper items are put in the containers to ensure they are not contaminated.
Deliveries
The use of our loading dock for large or after hours deliveries should be arranged by calling the Administration Office to ensure access into the building. No deliveries will be allowed after-hours without prior approval. Any large moves or heavy items are required to be completed after-hours.
The height restriction on the south side loading dock is13 feet. The maximum height for the north side loading dock is 13.6 feet. Please note due to width contraints the largest truck that can enter the docks cannot exceed 26 feet in length.
Mail Service
Mailboxes for Citi Plaza are located on the North Side, Second Floor beside Renaissance.
Mailboxes for Wellington Square are located beside the elevators on the First Floor.
We have a Canada Post outlet located in the Galleria Tuck Shop & Postal Outlet (519 432-2225) and open from 10 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday and 10 AM to 5:30 PM Saturday and Sunday. The Galleria Tuck Shop is located at street level, south side by Eco Fresh Cleaners.
Security
Our security team is on-site 24 hours a day providing interior and exterior mobile patrol, close circuit television camera surveillance, crime prevention and intervention and emergency medical assistance. The security office is located on the first level, south side near Teletech. We offer an after-hours security escort service. Please call 519 434-5719 to make your request.
